Excellent, timely service.

I have a Glacier Bay commode and it was flushing on its on every 2 to 3 minutes to the point it was making my gas hot water tank constantly ... fill and heating the water constantly. Your serviceman, Derrick, explained everything he had to do and what was happening. And if I had any additional problems not to hesitate to call him back. I did have to call him as it kept running just not to the extent it had been running. But on his second visit, he replaced a rubber washer and solved my problem. Thanks to Roto-Rooter and Derrick. Another plumbing company had told me they did not work on commodes made by Glacier Bay.

Pierce and Xavier from Greensboro Roto Rooter did a fantastic job cleaning up a leak in my finished basement. They set up the equipment to dry and made sure it ... wasn’t in a place that my kids would trip over the cords or tubing. They took the time to move the furniture and run the fan cords behind my furniture so my toddlers wouldn’t mess with it. They were clean, quiet, and Very fast. Their cheerfulness helped me feel less stressed about my basement mess. Since my son has asthma and is allergic to mold, they put a huge filter machine near his room to keep his risk of asthma attack low. They even checked the moisture under my kitchen sink since I thought it felt smelled strange. I highly recommend this team for water cleanup or leak issues. They obviously knew what they were doing .

Nana was very polite and did a good job in explaining what he was doing. I was surprised at the bill. I was expecting an estimate before anything ... was done. He actually found that maybe it’s the city’s problem. I guess he couldn’t give me an estimate until he did what he did which was mostly just look. I thought the bill was a bit high. But, I will call you again if the need arises.

This service was done for my next door neighbor who doesn't speak English so well so I had the contact with your employees. I wish I had gotten their ... names. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They quickly found the problem and repaired it. I called the dispatcher after the work was done and told her to make sure management is aware of how well these two employees represented their company. Both young men are certainly assets to your company and represent you well...
