I would like to especially commend The service technician,(Victor),for the wonderful job he completed ... in record time. He is the first serviceman I have had the pleasure to say in a very long time. That after completing his job of replacing My upstairs toilet. He did not leave any CRUMBS.(dirt, Footprints,Water,ETC. He also was the third person I had working on the same issue! The first two did not have any success. the drain in the bathroom sink was plugged up..he came out a ran his cable through it for about a hour. had trouble not going through. he went and got ... a smaller rooter but that didn't work either. went back to the bigger rooter and it would only go in so far. wife comes home and tells the guy when you go down so fat there are bends down in the pipe causing the rooter not to go all the way in. so he sold us some pipe shield liquid to try on it. so will try that. he spent about 2 hrs here trying to get it done but didn't work. not his fault there were bends in the pipe he tried his best.

Put all moved objects back in proper places. Left clean environment! I really liked the time he took to discuss our problem and he ... was very througho with my sewer proble, If I ever need to use these people again I will be asking for eduardo to come out.
