We cannot say enough good things about Kostadin and Rosen. They were thorough and efficient. We had a root growing down our toilet drain pipe, they pulled it out and ... made sure the pipe was free of damage. It was a unique situation,and they handled it perfectly and in the long run saved us thousands of dollars. These guys are the best!!

I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided. I appreciated the emergency response to get my hot water heater working again. I was educated about additional services to consider such ... as sump pump installation so as to remedy the flooding from rain water in the future. I do wish your company removed rain water as mine was minimal but I guess I can see the difficulty in large flooded areas. Fortunately my wet vac did a sufficient job, though my back is worse off.Thank you for your efficient service. I have used you in the past and will use you again.

Roto-Rooter was able to get a plumber to come to my home within an hour of my call on Christmas Eve. I didn't think that anyone provided plumbing service on ... Christmas Eve so that was extremely pleasing to receive such fast, courteous and professional service. Each service person was very knowledgeable and kept us informed as they progressed through the steps necessary to correct my overflow problem. Accolades to everyone beginning with the plumbers, the person that sends the camera through the pipes, the persons that actually dug and found the stoppage and fixed it, to the restoration people. I am thoroughly satisfied with their work and would recommend them to everyone.
