Had a drain clogged running slow. Josh 4619 was very professional very knowledgeable and dedicated to getting the drain unclogged even though it seemed like it was not able to ... unclog. Josh did not give up went and got some tools off his truck and succeeded in opening the drain. Cleaned up after himself and can honestly say drain is working better than it ever did. If you want a person dedicated and a great employee of Roto Rooter ask for Josh.
