Although it took a long time to get the issue resolved (no one persons fault), I will be using Roto-Rooter in the future.

We have had Roto Rooter come out twice in the last two weeks to help us solve our floor drain backing up. Everyone has been very helpful and honest in ... helping us determine our next steps. Bath tub was drain was not put on properly and leaked in the basement. Basement floor drain was ripped and and replaced by Roto Rooter and was re installed to ... high so floor drain does not drain. Called on 7/23 and was told a manager would return call. It has been 10 days and no return call. Going to Dispute credit card charges now.
