Benny , the plumber was courteous , knowledgeable , and patiently worked through the problem of a blockage in our kitchen , bathroom drainage line. He didn't get ... the least bit surprised or troubled snaking the the line numerous times. This , to me , separates the novice from the professional in just about any field. Excellent! The tech was so great - he explained everything, gave me some good advice about how to avoid the problem in the future (with the enzymes); went out of ... his way to to avoid making a mess and was really polite. It's not a great time for us - my husband's in the middle of chemo for cancer and is really weak right now, so I'm kind of on my own; - so I so appreciated having someone who was just straight forward and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff or give a run around come and help me deal with this mess.

My water heater tank sprung a leak. Bill Nason arrived as scheduled and completely replaced it. Cleanly, efficiently, and fully. He check the whole system as well. Mr Nason ... left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived.
