We had two plumbers, Dennis and Derick, come to install plumbing for an exterior shower. They arrived on time and completed the job perfectly within the expected amount of time. ... In between, they both demonstrated expertise, skill, fantastic problem-solving, excellent recommendations, and a true desire to do a great job that would satisfy the customer. In addition, they were both terrific communicators, and were a delight to work with. I never knew Roto-Rooter did anything other than fix clogged drains. Now I know that they have excellent, highly experienced and licensed plumbers who can do anything! And they get it done with skill and well before any other plumber even returns a message!

Sunday night 12/30/18 at 6 pm had to call roto-rooter for a clogged sink. I have a raised ranch house, my daughter moved in with us a week ago, ... after her husband was deployed. She was washing dishes upstairs and all of a sudden the water on the bottom sink started to come up. My husband tried to unclock the sinks with a home snake to no avail. I called Roto-Rooter and within 45 minutes Ronnie was at my door. What a gentleman. He was able to unclock my sinks in record time. Very pleasant, friendly made all of us very at ease and did not make a mess at all. Great representative to the company.

Outstanding service. Been dealing with a full-blown clog in my kitchen sink. First technician came out and cleaned out a lot but couldn’t get sink to drain. Second technician (Bill ... D, tech #3462) came out later that night and was able to try a few different things which finished the job. Also was extremely helpful in explaining the problem, what causes it and how to approach fixing it. Both technicians worked very clean, professional and made every effort to provide high quality service and deal with their customer the right way. Very happy with how everything was handled.
