Quick response to see my issue and was able to schedule an appointment quickly to fix my water leak. Came out the next day and fixed the problem in ... less time expected. They left the area cleaner then when they arrived. Excellent service. A little more than I expected to pay, but since the problem was fixed so quickly and professionally I really can't complain. I will be calling back again if I have any plumbing problems.

HE WAS EXCELLENT!!! Only had to cut 2 small holes in the drywall to find the leak, had the replacement part in the truck, replaced the broken pipe...and the water ... is back on!!

Service Technician Lal Sailo was excellent! He arrived on time and called before he came to confirm appointment. Mr. Sailo reviewed the work I requested and looked at each problem ... before he reviewed with me the charges. The charges were reasonable compared with others I had gotten. Mr. Sailo took his time while I watched him work skillfully fixing each issue. He also cleaned up after working. I was very impressed in the professional matter in which I was treated. I sustained a flood in my basement, but was unsure of the source of the water. I tried several companies who were 24 hour operations, but they had no availability. ... I finally called Roto-Rooter and received a gem in Sat Gin, the plumber who came to my rescue. I called at 9:30 pm and Sat was able to come by within the hour. He came in, talked to me about the problem and pricing, assessed the problem, tested solutions and made a solid recommendation in no time. I called Roto-Rooter the following day to make a second appointment for our primary bathroom. I was told that someone would be at the home within an hour. I was overjoyed to find that Sat was the plumber for this job as well. Sat came in, explained the possible pricing and went upstairs and got straight to work. He fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes, showed me small things I could do for maintenance and went his way. Sat is honest to a fault, hard working, genuine and is always looking to truly help the customer. He has been a pleasure and his customer service, work ethic, integrity and professionalism have resulted in Roto-Rooter locking me in as a loyal customer for all of my plumbing needs.
