This is the first time I called Roto-Rooter. Within one hour a serviceman named Kelly came since I needed urgently a new sump pump after my house flooded. The same ... serviceman, Kelly, came back a couple of days later to install a backup battery system also for the sump pump. He explained everything clearly and has done a great job. Was very professional and respectful. I will surely call Roto-Rooter from now on for any plumbing needs I might have in the future. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent Service by the Technicians!! I had an emergency situation, and the technicians arrived within the window of time that was given to me. It was late on ... a Sunday night, and they were at my house within 2 hours. They did an excellent job and fixed the problem. They were very courteous, friendly and explained everything to me about what had to be done and why. I was very impressed with the wonderful & fast service from everyone at Roto-Rooter and that includes the person that I talked to placing my emergency service call, and especially the technicians. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!!

Woman who answered the phone was wonderful—empathetic, calm, efficicient, and got us a technician quickly (we were having a sewage emergency). The technician who came out— Yuri, #1196–was also excellent. ... Figured out the problem right away, explained it to us in a way even I could understand, and was extremely helpful in getting things arranged so we could get it resolved as quickly as possible. He was very respectful of us and our home and gave us a lot of good information and advice. Lastly his supervisor who also came out was also great. Very professional team.
