From the moment I called your company to notify you that I had a water heater that had leaked and flooded my basement I needed someone to come out and ... replace my water heater and remove the water everyone has been wonderful. Someone showed up within a few hours to take care of the water heater and you also sent out a water restoration team. Everyone I worked with at Rotor Rooter and the people they sent out were wonderful. This has been very stressful for me what with have my laundry room/basement and den flooded. I'm hoping within the next week everything will be restored and my life can get back to normal. Roto Rooter has the nicest people, everyone has been very patient with me in my time of stress.

I called them on Saturday afternoon. There is no extra service fee for a weekend visit. They came within the hour. Since it was close to dark and the repairs ... were outside, they weren't able to make repairs that evening, but the repairman was back before 9 on Sunday morning and had it fixed in a couple of hours. They really saved the day!

The problem seemed to have corrected itself. The serviceman was very knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. Others might have suggested that the offending pipe be replaced anyway, but given ... the age of the pipes, fiddling with them could have also made a much bigger problem. I appreciated his wisdom on letting it be and calling back it the problem returns.

Some delay in initial communication from technician, but he provided very thorough explanation of actions. Once begun, work was completed quickly and with minimal disruption. Although I was ... told insurance would be billed, I received an invoice for significant amount, which I assume was for info purposes only.
