Your plumber was awesome. He went above and beyond. My only problem was that at 3:00 pm I was told I would have someone there ... between 4:00 and 8:00 so I canceled another plumber. And the time kept changing he got there at 11:00. And it was not his fault. The scheduler should have told me there was a problem. He drove from Springfield. Next time be honest with a time frame
