Even though today was a holiday, my call was answered promptly and cheerfully. I explained my problem, which was not an emergency, and a serviceman was here to give ... me an estimate in just over an hour. He was knowledgeable and easy to understand and explained my two options clearly. I agreed to the estimates and the work proceeded immediately. When additional problems arose, he again explained in detail and gave an additional estimate. Upon completion of the work, he explained the bill and warrantees, outlining numbers to call if problems arise. He also took pains to make certain that I received the best discount available. And he cleaned up after his work very nicely.

Service was super. Set up appointment online to have main sewer line cleared, Called back within the hour and verified , then called again when team on their way. Arrived ... quickly and assessed the issue. After clearing and running a video inspection, line showed issues with roots and a sag in the middle which allowed water to back up before reaching the city line. Tech Jay suggested a fix, and gave an estimate for the fix. Could have just left after the clean out but took time to explain real issue and a solution to alleviate it. I accepted his suggestion to fix. Both techs worked through out the day to complete the job, thoroughly and efficiently. Cleaned up after finished, took all replaced line with them and restored the location to original condition. Can't say enough about Jay Gallogly and helper TJ. Were profession, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about the service provide. would be very happy to recommend them and your company in the future. Thank you for being professional.

At 6:30 pm I realized I had standing water in my New shower and that the toilet was not working. I called call ROTO-ROOTER to clear the clog.When I ... called I was told the serviceman would return my call in just a few minutes and he would advise me when he would respond. When he called he advise that he would arrive in 30 minutes. When "Wis" arrived he was very professional and ask me to show him the bathroom showers that were not working. He also asked to see where the clean out was located. I told "Wis" that I was not able to remove the cap of the clean out. "Wis" tried to remove the cap and was not able to move it without doing damage.. He explained what my options were and that the best option would be to remove my New toilet. He assured me that he would replace everything back to the was it was. He used his electric snake and removed the clog.I was very impressed with "Wis' in his ability and how clean everything was when he finished. Thank you "Wis' for a job well done.

I was not comfortable with the idea of removing the New toilet "Wis" reassured me that he would put everything back to the way it was. He used his electric snake and cleared the clog. We had an urgent plumbing issue at 11pm and I was able to make an appointment online for the next morning between 8-12. At 7:40am I received a text that ... the technician was on his way. The plumber was Zvi and he was so kind and knowledgeable & immediately put us at ease. The reassurance and the non alarmist attitude he had greatly helped to ease some of our stress. I was also recently sent a $55 coupon which definitely made it even more of a positive experience. Thank you for the impeccable service.
