Had a leaky sink. Chuck came and fixed it. We needed a new faucet and lines. He was quick and clean.

You kept me informed about when the service person would arrive. Mike was fast, competent, and courteous. Problem solved and tested good.

Within 1 and half hour after calling a tech was here , Patrick was able to quickly fix our clogged main sewer drain.

Service representative was polite, professional and efficient. An employee I would love to have!

My dad was out of town and I stopped by his house to check on things only to find a pipe burst and had flooded 2/3 of his condo. Looked ... up water restoration and Roto-Rooter popped up first. From the rep I spoke to on the initial call to our technician Jason (who was there within 30min), I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service. Jason was amazing-his knowledge, patience, his taking time to explain every detail was beyond wonderful. Dad made it home-Jason explained everything to go again and walked him thru the calling the insurance and setting up a claim. Just amazing. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you so much for turning this storm cloud of a situation into a rainbow.

Although the service technician did not arrive within the 2 hour period, when he did arrive he quickly resolved the issue. He also took the time to explain the fix ... and when done showed me and explained the reason for the needed fix. He also tutored me a bit in the best way to "treat" the new water fixture. He was relaxed and thorough.

Tyler, your plumber was very courteous and polite. His number is 2092. He did very well and worked quickly to fix our issue. The water restoration team told me ... they would he out once a day to check the progress of the clean up. When I called I was told they were swamped and dodnt have time. I was not happy to hear that my job wasnt as important as another. The water was still present in some spots, and visibly soaked due to poor placement of some of the fans. They had known this if they had returned as promised. I will have to have the spots still very wet checked for further damage and mold, fue yo the inadequate job of the restoration team
