I scheduled for installing a new kitchen faucet and a purifying water tank under kitchen sink. Two plumbers came for the installation. They are very professional and know what to ... do. The senior plumber is very experienced. They set the water tank and filter in places where the tubes are long enough that I can take them out for filter replacement in future. They carefully checked for leakage and cleaned the stains after the old faucet was removed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the installation today.

Leaking supply shutoff valve to dishwasher occurred on a Sunday. It was leaking about 1 cup every couple of minutes. I was unable to stop it myself. Called ... Roto-Rooter and their man showed up in thirty minutes or less. He replaced the original valve and stopped the problem. I was delighted by the quick response. Thanks to Roto-Rooter for coming to my rescue.

Les (#907) was my service technician and was great. He was very professional and was able to clear a very stubborn and clogged drain and sewer line. He made sure ... the drain and line was cleared by running a lot of water and had me run a washing machine load before he cleaned up and left. I am very pleased with the work.

From the first interaction (to figure out what was wrong and what was needed) to the final outcome (excavation, extension of access to septic tank, pumping out and clean up) ... everything was first-rate. Davin was professional, on time, explained what was anticipated to happen. When the project was initiated and ongoing, he described the process and how it was going to move forward. Despite large equipment that was needed, there was minimal disruption to the yard and gardens and the work site and the clean up (including removal of trimmed branches) were excellent. Ways to prevent future problems were also discussed.

Heather (office) and Lee (Tech) were amazing. Very responsive and professional. I reached out to them Wednesday evening and by Thursday Morning they were at my doorstep. Didn't know what ... to expect with water pressure adjustments, but Lee walked me through his diagnostic process. Will definitely use them again, when needed.
