The plumbing in my house leaves a lot to be desired. The kitchen is at one end and the plumbing stack is at the other end. When Mr. Vossberg arrived ... he immediately was what the problem was and after cleaning out the line (the blockage was at the far end of the line, nearer the stack), made some very helpful suggestions on how to keep the line open. My guess is that sometime in the future, I'll have the same problem just because of the way the plumbing was designed by the builder. However, I'm hopeful.

Original tech showed up on time, explained he needed some one else’s input. Was fine with that. The other plumber came sooner than I thought he would. He was amazing! ... Explaining everything to me, giving me options, had my water heater up and working in no time. Was very impressed with him!!!

I think they did a very good job at replacing my sewer line, then looking at it again with a camera and flushing it all out with water.

John was a delight to meet. He was personable, was meticulous with his work and respected the property by using shoe covers and covers over the wheels of the machine ... to protect the carpeting. He cleaned up after himself. He gave a $60 discount even though I was ready with a $55 coupon. Free camera inspection to follow. Very happy, will use this service again.

had Chris E. over on wednesday to clear roots. Absolutely exceptional. First, this is not the rotorooter of old, where someone would come and they were ... ok but tried to sell you and scare you that you would need this or that. Chris, first of all has a background in Military and Commercial drain systems so what doesn't he know? He answered all my questions in a very detailed manner, was very personable which isnt critical, but it sure makes the experience so much nicer. I think he was the most skilled operator I have seen. We've had other companies over in the past and usually local plumbing companies send "a guy" with his truck and probably his own machine and he is probably just contracted by the company. Had one guy cut his hand on the blades and we had to get him to the emergency room. :) And we didn't know about all the additional services RR provides. Chris knows alot about water heaters and knew what was wrong with ours and that RR gladly handles replacing them -- not so when RR was franchised. He told me the brand is up to me (but I will go with what the RR water heater person thinks), so when ours goes we will be calling RR. We have been agonizing on who to call to replace a water heater, i did extensive research and alot of the chain HW places like lowes are NOT the place to go to replace a water heater. Its hit or miss with a small company -- no accountability. I get the feeling from Chris and the site inspector that RR will be there to help us so we are calling you folks for all our plumbing needs in the future as we will be replacing a toilet also. Thanks!

Best plumber ever. Not only were my toilets, shower drains, and sinks treated and repaired, every detail was explained and choices were given me. At the end of caring for ... four bathrooms, my plumber documented all the details and gave me a written 6 month warranty. My plumber Michael also taught me how to take better care of my sinks with hot water flushes and suggested the use of a more biodegradable toilet paper than we had been using. He was a very hard worker and never complained about the nasty situations he uncovered. He also gave me advice on how to keep the toilets looking like brand new. I have never before experienced a plumber of this excellence in 40 years of being a homeowner. It was my pleasure to learn that he is a US Veteran. Not having to pay for his driving time-“trip over” was icing on the cake. LC
