Manny (#3694) did a fantastic job when called out one evening to help with a backed up sewer pipe in the home basement. He was immediately able to find the ... outside trap near the sidewalk and was able to snake out the blockage located under the tree lawn. He talked me though all the steps he was doing and gave some good advice on maintenance and prevention for the future. I would definitely recommend Manny and the folks at Root-rooter for emergency jobs!

Renee came out originally and spent a couple hours trying to clear the blockage to our sewer line. When he couldn’t resolve, he recommended the jetter service and didn’t charge ... me for his time. Corey came out a few days later and cleared the blockage in about an hour. Corey was personable and efficient, and I appreciated his effort on a Sunday night. Glad to have my issue resolved so quickly!

Kevin, the technician was professional in every sense of the word as he answered my probing questions about ... the expansion tank on my water heater, making sure the pressure was calibrated to the house pressure, and the new piping used, to making sure everything was operating as it should before he left. He was very cautious of the flooring and furniture as he brought in the equipment ... required to complete the job. Keith C did a fantastic job. Somehow a shower scrubber got flushed down the toilet. Called Roto-Rooter and within 3 hrs they were at the house and the toilet ... fixed - very professional. I wanted new parts for the inside of the toilet which he didn’t have on hand but went and got. At some point in the future I’ll be needing their services again and I’ll be using them. You should too. I highly recommend Roto Rooter!
