The plumber arrived within the time frame promised, gave me a call 30 minutes out, looked at the problem and gave us a fair estimate. He the obtained the parts that ... were needed, came back and did the work in a timely manner and before our closing time! He was very courteous and I would use him and Roto-Rooter again.

Larry and water restoration supervisor came to my home immediately analyzed the problem put plan in motion the next morning Larry was here fixing leaks. Next water restoration for ... clean up..Larry even came back to my home to answer a question.

My main bathroom sink clogged. I called after trying to fix it with no luck. I had used different products to clear the clogged. I called and had Danny ... showed up and clear the problem. My sink works.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due and I cannot say enough about my experience with Roto-Rooter I had on 7/13/2019. It started with a major problem I was ... having with water coming into my basement laundry and recreation rooms after the torrential rain downfalls we had the last month. I contacted Roto-Rooter for an assessment on the solution to my problem I was having. They sent out a technician to assess the situation on Friday 7/12/2019 being Kevin, employee 5040. After addressing the situation he recommended calling his field supervisor Jamie Long, employee 3096, for a second opinion. Jamie insisted to review the problem himself and committed to a two hour visit even though he was on the other side of town for clarification of the information provided by Kevin. Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions I had. Jamie showed up within the two hours he promised, checked out the problem 100% and explained the fix to my problem. He then said he would call his master plumber Chuck, employee 1574 for availability to start the job and reviewed his findings for the repair. I was then told by Jamie they could start the job the next day 7/13/2019. I proceeded with the repair and first thing Saturday morning Jamie, Chuck, and crew and equipment showed up and immediately started work on the repair. Chuck and his crew went above and beyond to fix the problem after making sure there was no obstacles before they began to dig the foundation. After completing the entire repair they cleaned up everywhere they were working and you cannot even tell they were there and did the repair. Jamie, Chuck and crew were very professional, courteous and patient explaining to me the whole process when doing the job. Keith was our technician and he was wonderful. He was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. He explained the features of the new water heater and was ... very clear about pricing, scheduling, warranty, and so on. I highly recommend keith as a technician.

They both were courteous. Came as soon as possible. Didn't receive the calls on the second day that we were expecting. I may have missed the phone ... call but our Trustee didn't receive a call so he could come to the church as was planned. It all worked out though and the water heater is fixed and working wonderfully.

Larry was very professional and did an excellent job. He had to bring his equipment inside and down the basement steps, as there was no outside access, and was careful ... not to damage anything in the house. He explained everything before and after completing the work. We were very happy to have everything fixed so quickly.

Matter-of-fact professionalism. This describes the service we received due to a clogged sanitary/sewer line. Called for service on a Friday night (9:41PM) Mr Rooter personnel coordinate & followed-up with arrival times. Mr ... Rooter (Mike) arrived at 10:35PM and completed the work within 30-minutes. Mike was respectful, professional and skilled in his trade. Based on Mike’s abilities and the other we have dealt with over the past 2-years, I can highly recommend Mr Rooter of Northeast Ohio.
