Yesterday, I noticed a blocked storm drain at our church. Your technician came out but could not address it with his equipment. Your dispatch center very quickly assigned a team ... with a jetting machine to come by this morning. They arrived on time, were very polite and friendly, and got the problem solved quickly. We were expecting major rains today, and I was so glad to have the problem taken care of before the area overflowed into a mechanical room. Thanks for the great service!

Put in water line for ice maker

We had a pipe burst and water was gushing out of it into our crawl space and finished basement. Mark from Roto-Rooter came out and was so polite and informative. ... He fixed the problem in less than an hour!

I called Roto-Rooter for mold removal. It was a long process but the techs Justen(4795) and Sam(511) could not have been nicer. They were efficient and polite and generally showed ... up in a timely manner. A friend visited while they were working and was so impressed that she called Roto- Rooter for a plumbing problem at her home. Also Austin(1464) identified the source of a leak that caused the mold and was able to fix it even tho he had to work after 6p to complete the job.

I could not have been more impressed with Sam (#511) and Justen (#4795). They were both so kind, professional, and easy to communicate with. It's never fun to ... have a leak and deal with the noise and disruption of remediation, but I actually looked forward to seeing them each day. They were awesome!!! I give them both an A+!!!!

Ben came to our rental unit that was having a washing machine drain issue. He was there promptly at the scheduled time. He provided the written estimate and assured ... us that he would do his best to clear the drain. He is a very professional young man and cleared the drain and showed us on the camera that there was nothing remaining in the pipes after he ran the snake through the pipes. We will ask for Ben the next time we have a drain problem!
