Having a house full of guests and having a plugged toilet is no fun, but a quick search on the internet and Roto-Rooter came up. I called the number ... on the website and to my amazement, I actually talked to a human dispatcher and had technician and supervisor onsite within 1 hour!!. Yes there are service companies that actually are amazing!. The last time I had a similar incident, I called two different companies and was pretty much told I was not going to see a plumber for 24 to 48 hours. Not acceptable when you have raw sewage sitting on the floor. The technician worked diligently to unclog the issue but uncovered a potential problem with the main sewer line outside the house. Within an hour a supervisor showed up with a camera to confirm my our fears of a broken sewer pipe adjacent to the clean out. Within 24 hours, I had the site marked, two technicians showed up with a mini back hoe and we had a repair. But still had a clogged pipe inside the house. Again, with 2 hours, a technician showed up and the clog was cleared. Roto-rooter and their team did an amazing job!! I highly recommend calling them if you have a problem.

Very professional, personable and an efficient process

I had called another plumbing company first and after 45 minutes they still had not called me back. I called Roto-Rooter about my overflowed backed up toilet and I ... received an almost immediate call back with a time they would arrive which was within an hour or so. The restoration supervisor called me right after and they were both at my home within the hour. My insurance claim was filed, drain cleaned and lines checked within 2 hours of when I called. Restoration and cleanup will be here this afternoon. Awesome service and.will definitely use again and highly recommend this company so far.

Chawng and his assistant came within 30 minutes of the call, introduced themselves and went to work. They were courteous and knew what they were doing. Within 60 minutes the ... work was done, and they started to cleanup, I told them that I would do it, but I was told no that came with the job.( Oh the job they did was the replacement of a "LIFT STATION PUMP" in our basement. Late Saturday afternoon I discovered that my sewer line was plugged. After calling several other plumbing companies who were either not open or unable to respond that day, I ... was delighted to hear that Roto Rooter could have someone out in a few hours. They arrived with a crew later that evening and soon had my line re-opened and had started remediation of the damaged area, working through the evening until midnight. On Monday, they completed demolition and followed up daily after that to make sure the area was drying properly. They also created documentation to assist with the insurance claim. When the area was properly dried, they removed their equipment and all debris. All employees were very polite and professional during this stressful time.
