I was in an awful jam with water all over my basement. I had my insurance come in and review the situation. Unfortunately, the damage in my basement ... was not covered! Scott, who worked on finding the source of the water, found a backup in my bathroom. Scott was very helpful, he showed me what he found, and explained what he would be doing. He also worked very hard. The second part, which I still have to face , is the cleanup. I was given a bid between 6-10 k $ !!!! That won't happen.

Service was excellent. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone with plumbing needs. Water stopped flowing in my sewer on Saturday afternoon. I went on line and scheduled an appointment and ... Dave arrived first thing Monday morning to clean out the sewer line. He identified a broken pipe in the main line to the street. One day later the Matt and Cory team arrived, installed a new pipe and lined the remaining sections so I will never have sewer problems again. Roto-Rooter is terrific.
