Service was great and water restoration was achieved. However, the overall charge was excessive. 2 men worked only 3 1/2 hours; 8;30 - noon and the payment was over ... $3900. that's $580 / hour charge. You shouldn't be charged the highest rate when the job turned out easier than what the quote rate requires you to accept for service.

He went right to work and have it repaired in just about one hour. We were pleased and wouldn't hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again.

He took the time to enter the correct drain, he took his time snaking, and took the time to see what came out and luckilynhe got roots.

The Roto-Rotor tech was very professional, friendly courteous and knowledgeable. The kitchen sink was clogged badly. He completed in getting it uncloggedj to his and my satisfaction. ... He was very neat and cleaned up the area thoroughly. I was surprised that Roto-Rooter was able to come to my house as quickly as they did-same day. Usually, with other companies, you have to schedule very far in advance. I can't think of anything else except I was very pleased overall.
