Just posted on Google. Appreciated your technicians availability on a Sunday. They worked for almost 8 hours well into the late evening. Xena (#5873) came initially, but when he found ... he was unable to get some equipment around a sharp angle of our pipes was able to call Ram for backup. Both were courteous, professional and cleaned up nicely at the end of their work. They snaked our line out to the street, only to find the back-up was beyond our property. They contacted WSSC for us, and gave us information about follow-up. Thank you.

Very prompt, courteous, and professional. Tech was here when I was told he would be and called when en route. I had been using a different plumbing contractor for nearly ... 25 years. The quality of their work has been going down hill the last few years. The last straw was Dec 17th. This was for a different project. I had waited 3 weeks for them to show up. When they didn't show and I called the office I was informed they had forgot to mark me down on the schedule. I would have to wait another 3 weeks. I said good bye, you're not the only game in town. I plan to use Roto-Rooter from now on.
