We had a burst pipe in our crawl space. Phone service was awful as we were constantly being told someone would be out that night. We figured out how ... to shut off water, could have used your assistance! We must have called at least 5 times for status updates, finally we found out that service was scheduled for next morning; no one told us that until our 6th call BUT once Ted arrived all was great. He was fantastic, such an asset for you, makes up for horrible dispatch service.

Nothing in our house is a normal job so I appreciate the time and effort that was put into the difficult job.

We had Roto Rooter come out to clean out our sewer after a backup in the basement. Andy had been to our house two years prior, and remembered the house ... and us. He was, again, very good to work with. He recommended a TV scoping of our sewer because of a blockage and later that day David Davey and an assistant came out. They scoped the sewer, found it blocked at the main sewer connection, and recommended a 'spot fix' at that location. They provided a written estimate and worked with us to schedule the work to be done. A few days later a crew three came out to excavate and repair the sewer. This crew did an excellent job and found that our sewer line was totally blocked by a huge clog of old roots. They replaced the line at the main and six behind that. They back filled the hole and cleaned up after themselves. While I had some misgivings at first, after they showed me the totally clogged pipe that was replaced I was glad for the work they did. I would recommend them.

Craig Wright #3786 and John #4758 came to our home to fix a problem with sewage backing up into our basement drain and sink. Both men were extremely courteous ... and helpful. They asked us several questions which helped them pinpoint the problem. The problem was accurately diagnosed and remedied. They did a wonderful job and communicated with us about what they were doing during the job. We would recommend these individuals to anyone who may need Roto-Rooter services.

Had a complete drain line stoppage. Called Roto Rooter and a technician arrived in an hour and a half. Reviewed the situation, pulled a toilet, snaked the line ... to the septic tank, cleared the clog, and restored a normal drain flow. Technician was careful to put down protective material before starting work to eliminate stains or damage to floors.

Service was great. Rotor rooter was able to fix my broken drain pipe without tearing up my bathroom. They were fast and efficient. And they came quickly at ... a time that I could be home.
