Had a clogged drain pipe related to my bathroom toilet. Service came out and unclogged the pipe. Less than a week later the same thing happened again to the drain. ... Another service representative came out. He unclogged the drain pipe. Explained my situation. Scheduled a video scan of the pipe in order to identify the problem at no extra charge . This service representative name was Ron, ID number 9952. He was understanding regarding my plight, knowledgeable and polite.

We had a problem with our basement bathroom tiolet. There was a build up in the drain. The plumber cleaned the drain. He explained the work he performed and left. ... He was extremely polite and professional. Less than 7days later, the drain built up again and the water came up from the shower unit. We contacted Roto Rooter again and explained that we are experiencing the same problem as indicated above. Another plumber, Ron , ID number 5592, came out snaked the drain. Explained the process and our situation ,called the Service a Follow Up Call and there was no charge. Ron was polite, honest and sympathetic to our situation. Ron is a asset to the company .

I faced an issue with my bathroom that came unexpectantly this morning. Elie was here in less than an hour after I called to clear the drains and he ... answered all my questions. He was professional and even clean the bathtub of the goo that came up from the drain. I was very happy and will use Roto-Rooter again in the future.

I was very pleased w/Ralph (#2925)! He was extremely informative - gave great tips for keeping my drain clear, I'd been doing some things incorrectly - and was really ... personable. He showed me everything that he did to clear the drain, which was complicated. I would request him the next time. I've always been happy w/Roto Rooter (we're veterans of your services since we have a weird drain set-up). This was a very pleasant experience!

My four year grandson flushed a hair comb down the toilet. That evening I was very sick. I thought to myself, who could I call that would come right ... away. "Roto- Rooter! The technician arrived on time and did a quick efficient job of getting the rag we accidently flushed down the toilet out and he was on his way. Very pleasant ... person too. He saved the day.
