It was Saturday evening. and we had only been in our new home one week when our main drain backed up! Who to call? A plumber suggested Roto Rooter. They ... gave us a two hour window for arrival and, on one of there very busiest days, kept their promise! Both gentlemen, Jesse and Derek, were very professional and expedient. They kept us abreast of what they discovered and what needed to be done, showed much respect for our home when entering and leaving, and made sure we knew where to call if we had questions. Hi Just want to give Steven number 655 some feedback: Steven did a great job. (See invoice 20939794 for date and service type) He would not settle on doing his work ... until he thoroughly found the source of the problem and then he fixed it promptly and efficiently.
