My service person was very polite and helped me to restore flow to my cellar floor drain. We encountered a dead rat was the problem and it was removed ... promptly. He also put several buckets of water down the drain to assure it was clear. He also used a spray to help get rid of the nasty order. Although I only called for an estimate he offered to do the job then and there. But I still think $250 is quite a bit of money "down the drain" for me, an elderly retiree to pay to dispose of a dead rat.

The technician was great and did a wonderful job fixing the issue. My only complaint was I was told he would be here between 12-1 PM and didn't arrive until ... after 3 PM and never received a follow up call to let me know he was finally on his way.
