The service of Roto Rooter was great; call answered, callback for emergency service and service visit within a couple of hours. Serviceman (Chad) was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and efficient. I ... did have one issue that occurred post visit; that my water sprinkler system didn't work after the water was turned back on but I didn't think to have him check that; it may or may not have been a separate issue from the work he performed. Otherwise I have always used Roto-rooter and would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing problem. Thanks, Patrick.

Mike and Howard were great service providers. They took time to explain what they were going to do, and how I could tell what the results of their procedures ... were. They were respectful and courteous, and they answered all my questions. This was a completely different experience than what I had another company.
