I just wrote a small survey on my repair work done today, on William and Tony--did not finish mycomments. As stated in earlier, these 2 were super. On ... top of both knowing their jobs as best I have seen in long time, they were both so knowledgeable on every aspect of the job, plus most importantly, customer relations was totally amazing. I had called for appt as has water all over laundry floor, saidwould come next day---I was disappointed as water was leaking all over and I had ran out of towels...BUT few minutes later I get this call from Tony and said he would get someone out within 2 hrs---within 10 minutes after that call, William showed up. I was beyond delighted.. I will recommend this company to anyone and I will never use anyone different. Thank you, Tony and William. You really saved an old lady from a heart attack or drowning in my laundry room. Bless u both and Rotor Rooter for employing such awesome employees. This customer is definitely one happy and pleased lady.

Hi. The service provided was outstanding from start to finish. As good as it gets. Prompt and professional, this is the 2nd time we've used Roto-Rooter and wouldn't even consider ... calling anyone else. Our technician (Steve Kelly #4654) went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and then set us up for automated preventive maintenance to avoid any further issues. Appreciate everything a ton. Thank you!

Roto-Rooter responded quickly to my waste drainage problem. They cleared the blockage within minutes of the first visit and installed a liner with minimal interruption in plumbing usage.

Very prompt on arrival after dispatch was called. Giovanni was the tech and fixed everything and worked hard at doing so. Sewer line clogged with roots approx 90 feet from ... the home. He had go thru the toilet but roots were still an issue in one spot. So Gio tried again outside after finding the “clean out” as I could not locate even though I knew there was one. Used the camera again and then the rooter. Finally the roots were cut away and thing flowed!! Gio put new putty or whatever it is called where the drain is in the floor before resetting the toilet. And then recauked around the toilet floor. Cleaned area and left everything neat. He was very friendly and got the job done!!! Yeh!!!

Bret came when he said he would. He was courteous and explained what the problems were and worked hard to fix the problem and get our water running the ... same day. He also provided tips on how to keep the pipes clear and draining.

Bret was the techician. He worked quickly and neatly to get our sewer pipes cleared and drained.

The technician Carlos Martinez was courteous and knowledgeable.Due to our service experience we will select Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing problems again.

We had a backed up shower & toilet downstairs. On 02.10.19, your tech came out to snake the "clean-out". Paid $495.00. Worked fine for 1 day, but then back-up occurred ... again. Called you back and new tech brought camera this time and noticed a pipe should be replaced which was causing back-up. Scheduled to have pipe removed and new one installed. Paid $3,278.00 for removal of old pipe and install of new pipe. Was told by Tech the original $495.00 snake would be reimbursed. I've been waiting for this reimbursement. Also, old pipe materials I was told would be removed. They are still in yard needing to be picked up. Lastly, I was told I can get a tech with a camera to view new pipe. This has yet to occur as well. Can someone please return my call at 425.985.6250. I spoke with someone yesterday and I was told I would receive a call back on these 3 issues. Thank you!

Peyman Arjomandi was the service tech. He was knowledgeable and professional. Did an excellent job and explained everything.

Frank was the technician who came to my home. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Although I already had an idea of what the problem was, he substantiated ... my fears by checking one of the components of the septic tank and the drain field pipe. Even though there was nothing he could do to fix the problem, he suggested a possible company for pumping the septic tank if I could not get the company I had used in the past.

Mr. John Miller (Technician) displayed exceptional knowledge and awareness of the plumbing issue at my residence Mr. Miller provided several options for repair and I advised him to use his ... judgement regarding the repair. Mr. Miller was courteous to me in all respects and very professional in completing the repair. The repair was made quickly and double checked for completeness. It was a job done well. I will not hesitate on calling for Mr. Miller for any pluming challenges in the future....

We called you about 10 AM and your technician was here in about one hour. Technician located drain and used snake to get the drain open and flowing. The technician ... was very helpful getting everything clean. I will use you company again, just hope it is not soon in the future. Thank you for a job well done.
