Within a couple of hours calling on a Sunday Pat #0640 was here and he explained everything to me as he worked on my issue. Very pleasant and knowledgeable ... which helped to ease my anxiety about my plumbing problem. If I ever need this service again I will call Roto-Rooter and hope to get Pat again.

Steven Brough 854 worked hard for over and hour getting a clog out of the sewer line, it was hot outside and he was soaked in sweat, ... but kept working hard. He eventually got the clog removed, I definitely wanted to let you know he was thorough and completed the job.

Trevor showed up on time, analyzed our problem and had all the tools needed to fix our problem. He gave us a quote for the work he needed to ... do to fix our problem and got he job done quickly. He was very professional, and kept a clean work area. (not easy to do when working with sewer). We had used Roto-Rooter previously at our business and received the same great service, so we called them again when we had a problem at our residence.

Steven Brough did a good job of getting my drain pipes cleaned out. He was able to pull out a lot of roots and flush out some sludge. It ... was worse that I thought and took him quite a while to get it all cleared out and flowing well again.
