Kristina did a fabulous job...on time...very knowledgeable...explained all aspects o the job upfront...so no surprises...above all a very friendly attitude...cleaned very things up. I could not have asked for a ... better plumber to come in such a hurry ..especially during the weekend and evening hours, as the job had to be done for my elderly parents , both who suffer from dementia and over 90 years young. Far to many companies are out the dollar and no customer service or honest concern for the customers needs, but Kristina is not such a person, will without a doubt call if needed again.

Technician was on time (early actually) . Politely introduced himself and entered the house where he place shoe covers over his shoes. He examined both jobs and described how he ... would do each. After cleaning the toilet water flow, he cleaned the work area before going on to the next job. He carefully explained what he did to correct the toilet problem. He then went to the next job which was to replace a section of 3/4" copper tubing in the ceiling in the basement.He explained why the line was failing and what he had to do to fix it. After the repairs were complete, he cleaned the work area, assured that there were no leaks and then (after settling the bill) he departed. He was very polite and efficient in his work and attitude. Rohming and Duane arrived promptly, were very professional, and left the work site clean. This was a water heater that was installed a little over a year ago, and ... they were aggressive in their trouble shooting until they found the problem and fixed it, under warranty. Given that it isn't any fun to be without hot water during the coldest days of the winter, we are still very pleased with the quality of work that we received.
