Jake #804 was very polite in every way explained everything he was doing and what he found in my pipes. Jake was very clean when he was working.

We had sluggish draining of our toilet and sinks the day before I was going in for a operation. We scheduled online, and as promised we were notified of ... the tech's arrival 30 minutes ahead of time, during our preferred time window. Caleb quickly determined our sewage line was root-clogged, and within the hour he had cleaned it out and got everything flowing. He was clean and courteous, explained everything clearly and was careful about not dragging dirt into the house. He cleaned up everything afterward, and even made sure the cats stayed safe and sound. He did a fantastic job and I won't hesitate to use Roto-Rooter again!

I originally had work done on my shower that was done incorrectly. I was very upset and wrote a negative review. Today Caleb (1401) came out and fixed the issue. ... He walked me through what he was going to do and what the issue was. He was very polite and promised he would get the job done. Thanks to Caleb the shower is in working order. I previously stated that I would not use roto rooter again, but after today's service roto rooter will be my first call.

We received world class service from technician Jonathan Church today at our location. When he showed up, we were handling a broiler fire while we also had a full ... lobby. Jonathan was there to snake the clogged lobby drain under the drink station; not only did he manage to stay out of the guest's way and ours, but also he was patient enough to stand and wait while we put out the fire and maintained the broiler. His professionalism was without par, and he is the most polite and efficient plumber I have encountered in almost a decade of restaurant management. He even mopped up the water that came out and around the drain so no one would slip and fall. I thoroughly appreciated his super fast, and great, job. This was my first time using RotoRooter; I will now remain a loyal customer. You have a very satisfied customer here!

Tim2810 was very courteous, respectful, competent and proficient in his workmanship. I called a Friday morning of Memorial Day weekend and he arrived about 2:30 PM. He diagnosed the problem, ... went to a warehouse to get a replacement water heater and completed the installation about 6PM. We are very please with his service and professionalism.

He showed us where the problems were in each of ... the toilets he repaired for us. He had the parts right on his truck so it didn't take very long. Where to start my above and beyond experience!!! 1st, the same date appointment was more than saving my headache since our 7 year old daughter wanted her shower fixed right away. 2nd, ...
