Water heater failed on a Saturday Memorial Day weekend. Got a plumber out same day, even found a replacement for a special order heater that needed to be replaced. ... Ran PVC, adjusted gas line, and did not have any messy cleanup either. Even though it was a terrible occurrence, it was about as smooth as could be possibly been resolved.
