Mike Kapraszewski did an awesome job fixing our drain problem. He quickly assessed the problem, not just locating the clog, but pointing out issues with the construction of the drain ... pipes. He fixed the issues and put in the extra level of effort to make things right. The attention to detail was unexpected but very welcome. Mike is now our go-to guy for all plumbing needs.

To begin with, you came out in 18 hours after our call. Other companies were giving us 4-5 days out appointments. When I called to get an ETA, the ... woman who took my call was very professional. I got a call quickly to let me know a technician had freed up near me and was on his way. My tech, Josiah, was unbelievably patient and persistent on solving our issue. He went above and beyond to clear the pipes and get our kitchen sink functional again. He was very creative in identifying a different approach to clearing the clog through a second pipe in the basement. It took him quite some time and effort and he stuck to it. Thank you!
