The two gentlemen, Davie Hunt and Josh Murphy, that came out in April to unblock our kitchen sink were amazing! They were very helpful and friendly and got it ... unclogged quickly, as well as gave me an estimate and pointed out a small, slow leak around the drain. They talked me through where the clog was and explained why it happened (it happens every couple of years) and how to avoid it going forward. I would definitely recommend them again!!

Had my septic tank pumped. Solid side was packed in and wouldn’t pump. They took a shovel and broke it up so they could get it out. Took several hours. ... Paid $750 instead of $600 but well worth it. They were courteous and respectful. Would use y’all again.

David, of Roto-Rooter came to my home after I had basement flooding, to look at the water damage and mold problem. He did a thorough investigation, gave me his recommendation in ... detail. After I agreed with his plan, he came back with a helper and they did a very good job of tearing out the damaged wall, dried and cleaned out the mold caused my flooding and previous water leak. He left dehumidifier running several days untill all was dry, sprayed anti mold chemicals and came back punctually to work with my schedule and did a real good job of removing the debris from clean out. I had flooding in my home basement of about 15 inches due to my old sump pump not working. Robo-Rooter had their plumber come over on a late Saturday afternoon, install ... a new pump and pump all the water out, Plus clean and relight my gas hot water heater than the water had put out. The gentleman, Tracy, the plumber, did a fantastic job and he was very professional, knew his business and gave me good advice. One of the best jobs I've ever seen. I have used Roto-Rooter before and their service is exceptional. I highly recommend them. I rate them a high 3 on their grading above, but I don't think the grade questionnaire is working correctly. The first technician determined that the main line from the house to the septic tank was clogged and proceeded to clear it. BUT, (and here is where the story ... gets good...), he called his dispatcher and asked them if a second technician should come out and clear the line better than he was able to do. Roto-Rooter sent out a second technician to finish the job! I now have clean lines, WITH a 6 month guarantee on the work! I won't call anyone else for plumbing issues, EVER!! Thank you!
