On Wednesday morning there was water coming through the air vents and the bathroom fan vent and into multiple walls on the main floor. My son needed to be at ... work so, I called multiple plumbing companies and the only one that answered immediately was Roto Rooter. I explained the problem and was instructed what to do until a tech arrived. Kelly arrived within the hour and surveyed the damage and reassured me that someone would arrive soon to do the repair. I had to explain that my son has cancer and is on chemo. The genuine concern that Kelly showed us was heartfelt and she really got the ball rolling. Shortly after Celina arrived to manage what our problem was and to do the repair. Celina was awesome and very knowledgeable, she also explained what would be the next course of action after she found the cause. While Celina was working to repair the leak, Robert and Paul showed up to do the drywall removal and to install blowers to dry out the areas affected. Both Robert and Paul were informative and very neat during this process. They removed and took away all the affected drywall and installed covered areas so as not to have the rest of the house affected. All four of these employees were caring, kind, efficient and thorough. I HIGHLY recommend this company. thank you all so very much!

Having, thankfully, never needing this kind of service, I didn't know what to expect. Having a backed up sewer line is never pleasurable. If you have to have this service ... I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter. Very courteous and professional service from the initial call with dispatch to the party letting us know that Cole would be there shortly. When Cole arrived, he was personable professional and willing to share the steps of the process he needed to do to complete the job. From there he got right to work. While working, he shared the progress of his work. He was willing to answer any questions we had along the way. His truck was fully equipped with items needed. He cleaned up everything when he was done and explained the guarantee of the work performed. He also offered to contact additional services we may need due to our situation. Cole was great. I hope I don't need to use the guarantee, but if I do, I will ask if Cole would be available.
