The gentleman that came for the opening of our sewer line was very knowledgeable and very courteous.

Our tech was Bob and he was terrific. He identified the problem quickly, provided us with an estimate (which turned out to be very accurate) and he repaired the issue. ... He was personable without being too chatty and his attitude was excellent. Finding quality personnel is the hardest part of running a business and Roto-Rooter seems to have done very well in this regard. I will certainly call on them again if the need arises.

Chad, greeted us and said he was here to clean out our sewer line. Because we didn't know where the clean out was, he had to go through our toilet. ... He checked to see if was clear with the camera. Cleaned up the area. Replaced the toilet. I was very pleased with the way Chad went about his work. We would like Chad to be assigned to us if we need work done again.
