I also might add I called more than 15 companies and Roto Rooter was the only company to return my call quickly and respond the same day. Every other plumber said they were 3-4 weeks out.

Need to invest in rechargeable flashlights for your guys lol. Your tech was very kind and, even after running into the stupid low pipes in my basement, remained good spirited ... and a wonderful representation of the excellent customer service you are known for. But yeah, get your guys some good flashlights so they don’t have to use their phones. 😅 Can only exceed to the max when you have everything you need for the job lol. We called rotorooter before we bought our house to inspect the drains. The guy game out I’m October of 2017 and told us we had zero problems. We ... bought the house, moved in in Dec 2017 and the drain pipe started over flowing in Jan 2018. We called rotorooter three times to fix this. Still backed up in Feb of 2019. Finally, the guy who came out used a camera and found the clog. Cleared it out with a 4K PSI hose, looked with the camera again and showed us where a tree root had grown into the pipe 124 feet out in our maim drain. Finally! What relief to know what the issue is! Only thing better would’ve been if the first guy would’ve gone far enough out with the camera to find it on the first visit vs. the 4th.
