Christmas Eve and we have a septic back up into the house. Called Roto-Rooter and they came to the rescue. Fixed everything in record time.

On the recommendation of a friend, we called Roto-Rooter about a clogged shower drain. I expected we would need to make an appointment for the next day but the plumber ... arrived in about an hour. He gave us an upfront estimate and then got to work. After using a snake for close to two hours, the plumber got rid of the blockage. The floor was totally clean when he left. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Just as an aside, another drain service had come the day before and unsuccessfully used pressure to try to open the drain and then left, saying that a snake wouldn't do any good. Roto-Rooter proved him wrong! We will definitely use them again.

The guys who showed up were great. My only issue was they didn’t have a camera to see what was going on in the pipe. Someone was supposed to ... call me and set up a time for someone to come with a camera....still waiting for that.
