The technician, Rod Thomas, was fantastic. He was able to identify and resolve the issue very quickly. Rod also put on covers for his shoes before coming into the house ... and closed all doors behind him because of our cat. Rod was excellent. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Our kitchen sink was clogged and the usual remedies did not help. We also had a more serious blockage with the sink in the half bath. Our service man, Jenner, ... stayed at it until the problem was solved. Our regular plumber was sure we would need all new pipes from the half bath sink on back, but Jenner got them cleared and saved us potentially thousands of dollars. He did an outstanding job.
