David was our service technician for what we thought was a main drain clog. Turns out to be a more complicated issue, but in the meantime he installed two new ... toilets, answered all of our questions, was extremely nice, and did a great job.

The call out was for a plugged drain line which was recovered. However Roto-Rooter advertises 24 hr service and when I called the night before, no one returned my call.

My toilet was clogged and Jayden #158 got it cleared fast.He also cleared my bathroom sink quickly,finding a small cap that slowed the drain.That's why the Draino wasn't ever going ... to work.Yes. I would recommend this company and this technician and would use them again.

We had a serious clog in our campground that affected six RV sites that we were unable to remove ourselves. With the services enlisted by Roto-Rooter that were able to ... jet out the clog in just under two hours to remove the trash not belonging in there and put a camera into the lines to show that they problem had been removed. It was fantastic that they could come out on short notice and that the problem was not as impossible as it first seemed. Kudos to Willy for rescuing us!

Crystal was very helpful answering the phone right away and getting our urgent service scheduled at last minute. Jayden was our service expert. He arrived on-time and was very knowledgeable, personable ... and efficient. He told us everything he was going to check right up front to help resolve the trouble and even drew pictures for me so I could understand. He was prepared, had all the supplies he needed and very capable of fixing our problem. Too bad we can only give the Roto-Rooter Lakeland, Florida staff only 5 stars as we would double that!
