Corey removed roots from our 6" sewer line with a Warthog jetting attachment. When camera inspection afterwards showed remaining roots he repeated the jetting and visual inspection until the ... roots were completely gone. Over the past 4 years we have had this sewer line jetted several times by different service providers, and I can say without a doubt that Corey was the only person to use the correct tool (a warthog root-cutting jet head, with an 18 gallon-per-minute 4,000 psi pump), and to verify with a camera that all roots had been removed.

it was a cold windy day in Vermont. We had a storm the previous day so there was quite a bit of snow. After flushing our toilet I heard a ... big gush of water and went down to the basement to find water coming out of a pipe. We called our plumber who came out and said we needed to call Roto Rooter. Despite that it was a full day for our local Roto Rooter, they promised someone would be out as we were without water until the issue was fixed. We were fortunate enough to get Corey, for our technician. He arrived at 7 pm and took care of the problem. He was professional, helpful, and had our issue taken care of within an hour - no easy feet. Thank You The Cartwrights

Technician was determined to fix the problem. We had dealt with this for 8 months, had a plumbing company come twice and still the problem was not corrected. It turns ... out that they had put in the wrong part and now , lo and behold, we actually have a sink that drains. Technician was friendly, professional and had a good sense of humor. Thank you!
