Dave had a don't quit attitude and continued to get the drain unclogged no matter what it took.

Service was expected within a 2 hr window and arrived within 45 min. The service was explained and completed very professionally. And I now have a sit off to my ... outside spigot!

The guys were very nice and they even cleaned up.

The service person who came to our home went above and beyond to clear a clog in a main line to our septic tank. He was out there for most ... of the day. After attempt after attempt to snake the drain from both the septic and the bathroom line, he told us that he though he likely couldn't clear the clog and that we might need to have a camera run down the pipe and have more drastic measures with a subsequent visit. Despite this, he gave it one more shot, which turned into several more attempts - staying well into the evening. It finally cleared and he tested it over and over, just to make sure. His extra effort likely saved us thousands of dollars.

Both guys were great (Doug and Tom). After some initial trouble relieving the blockage (roots through an old pipe) with extra effort, they cleared it and supplied me with options ... down the road. Both were very professional and seemed like great guys. Thank You

A technician responded within an hour of my call to the office. He was courteous and knowledgeable. My leaking hot water tank was removed and a ... new one prifessionally installed. The technician, Albert, was respectful of my home. He wore shoe covers to keep floors clean and he wiped up all water leaks from the broken water tank. The old rank was hauled away and the new tank works perfectly. Thank you for excellent and prompt service. I will call Roto-Rooter again when plumbing is needed. Thank you.

Tech arrived in a timely fashion...analysed the problem..gave me a quote..I agreed ...he cleared the obstruction in the drain pipe...made sure all was working well....cleaned up after himself....pleasant... and that's ... all she wrote..Thanks.

I contacted Roto router yesterday afternoon the technician came out approximately 930 last night for a main sewer line backing up. Unfortunately the technician was unable to ... open up the line, however; this morning a technician arrived and was able to open up the line within minutes !
