What do you mean by “Triple-Filtered” drinking water?
Our under sink filter passes water through multiple filters. Your water will pass through three filter tanks (sediment, pre-carbon, and Ultrafiltration Membrane) that are NSF certified to remove all types of impurities and contaminants from the water that has already passed through our whole house water filtration system, so it’s technically quad-filtered!
Can I change out the drinking water filters in the under-sink system, or does that require a service call?
You can change the under sink filter cartridges yourself when it’s time to replace them. They're easy to swap out.
