The technicians that came out to my house were friendly and help me understand where the problem was and what they needed to do to fix the problem. Once again I had a plumbing problem, who did I call? Roto-Rooter and Dennis #5125, the best man in this business. Scheduling was easy, he was on time, fixed my ... problem quickly, as usual.Dennis #5125 is the best!!!! Always professional, positive, polite and does a fantastic job. When he is done he cleans up and makes things much better than they were before his arrival, problem always solved and fixed perfectly. Highly recommend him as the best plumber to have everyone should have him on speed dial as the plumber for all your needs!! Thank you Dennis and Roto-Rooter for the best in the business!!!!! Hopefully my plumbing wows are over for the time being but I know who to call when needed Dennis #5125 and Roto-Rooter!

The guys came in and made a disaster into a dream come true. They fixed a years old mistake from someone else and brought us closure; literally. Couldn’t be more ... happy with the results.

Nightmare clog Ben came in came across bigger issue of possible crushed pipe. Brought in Fernando to run the camera through; confirmed pipe damage. All quick professional work.

My sewer had backed up. Bryce Weaver was absolutely great in every way: knowledgeable, efficient, great communicator, hard working. We were squared away in no time. ... I really appreciated how much he seemed to care. And he had nothing but great things to say about Roto-Rooter. As an added bonus, he was great with my dogs, too. Could not have been a better experience.

I was very impressed by not only how quick they got out to us but also how professional they were. Ryan made sure we knew what he was doing and ... why. He explained everything to us, it made it much easier to decide what we needed to do! I would call Roto-rooter again and I would suggest them to any friends and family!

Plumber came to service my main sewer line that was clogged. He was professional, fast, and got the clog undone. A+++ service.

The call center/dispatch aspect of the service was a little rough...apparently there were system issues...(I'm sure the call can be pulled if curious)...but the technician who came out was AWESOME. ... He made up for the massive delay in service, 5 stars!!!
