Fast response to my call for help (Shawn was at our door within 45 minutes). Went right to work, unclogging our sewer line. Then ran the length of ... the line with his camera to determine what the problem was. Turned out, we had several "bellies" (low spots in the 80' PVC run). Jimmy arrived about 20 minutes after Shawn and gave us a better picture of the line with his color camera. They both gave us good advice for avoiding future problems...including an estimate for a new PVC run. If I have another problem, my first call will be to Rotoscoped-Rooter.

Robert arrived on time, conducted himself in a professional manner, and worked for 9 hours. He was friendly, had a sense of humor, and answered all my questions. ... After both difficult jobs were completed, he cleaned up the areas, shook my hand, and departed with a friendly wave. I have called Roto-Rooter many times in the 30 years living in this house for various repairs or replacements, and I will call them again for any future need.

Called for service around 9 AM. Not an emergency. Technician arrived with-in the hour`. Service was completed by 11 AM. This is the second time I have called ROTO-ROOTER and ... both times I have been very pleased.

Fast, courteous, Service on a Sunday. Clogged drains were cleared, and a larger Problem was identified, which will require the builder to repair. Thank god I'm still under warranty.
