I just want to thank our technician publicly. It was a weird afternoon. We showed up to my house and right after we got started I found my ... daughters' cat laying unresponsive on the front walk. Later we learned that the cat had been bitten by a venomous snake. The Roto-Rooter technician quickly got his work done and helped me get out of there ASAP so I could get to the vet. This has little to do with plumbing, but everything to do with everyday life. I appreciate the responsiveness of our technician in a difficult moment. Appreciate the good work and will call y'all again when I have a problem. By the way... the cat is fine... and maybe a little wiser!

Greg Ralston did an outstanding job. I have used Greg at my own house several times over the past few years. His job this time was at my ... daughter's house, and this is the second time I have called specifically for him to work at my daughter's house. I am 74 and have used many plumbers over the years. Greg is the very best I plumber I have ever had. That is why I call Roto-Rooter for any plumbing for myself or my daughter, and why I also always aske for Greg Ralston. I was a college athletic director and always heard more than my share of complaints about my employees. Seldom did people call about my staff doing a good job, but were quick to complain. Broken main line to house. My house was built in 1956 and never upgraded. Full re-pipe was required which was done very quickly and efficiently. Great service by really great ... people.
