We had a plumber come out within 30 minutes of making an appt. He was friendly and did a nice job getting our drain unclogged. When further problems were detected ... a field supervisor was at our house within an hour to look and see that we needed work done on a pipe to our septic tank. We appreciate the honesty and quick discovery of this problem and the free estimate on how much to repair it. We will use Roto Rooter again.

The ... technicians arrived within 90 minutes of the call, had the job done within an hour after that, and actually improved the piping set-up to make future access easier. Great job!

I must say I would recommend y'all to anyone who needs service. Ronnie did three separate jobs for my family over the last four months and he was reliable,professional, and ... most of all gave a great quote on all three jobs. We will be using Ronnie for on as our technician.
