Roto-Rooter technician (Peter) introduced himself and asked to see the plumbing problem. He was very friendly and decisive in how to clear the sewer blockage. He noted the difference in ... fees for using a closet auger over the powered auger. He tried the closet auger first and partially cleared the obstruction. A water test was tried to determine if the sewer was clear. Peter was not satisfied that the block was completely clear so he opted to use a powered auger from the 2nd floor to the main sewer in the basement. The auger cleared the blockage an a second water flow test was used to test the pipe. Flow from the tub and bathroom sink as well as two buckets of water were poured into the sewer. No blockage was noted and sewer was clear. Peter cleaned debris and spilled water in the basement as well as the bathroom. Nice professional job. Thanks Roto-Rooter

Re: Mike Garrity, Technician #4609 Our sink in the bathroom was clogged within a half hour of my husband calling Mike was here. He explained everything to me and ... my husband as to what he was going to do to unclog the sink. I was really impressed with his professionalism. He put down a cloth so not to dirty our carpets and wore booties. After unclogging the sink he wiped down underneath the sink. I could not ask for a nicer and excellent plumber than Mike.
