Had a water leak on our main line coming to the house. In our neighborhood there are multiple problems because of the movement of soil> Our PVC pipes ... are also 20+years old. Brad found the problem and repaired it and since this was the second time we have had a like problem with the PVC cracking we were looking for other options. He suggested to replace the PVC with numerous 45 and 90 degree turns with a flexible line instead. The following Monday he came in and replaced the main line with the flex line. Repaired all of his digging and did an outstanding job a repairing his work. Would definitely recommend this Rotor Rooter company without any reservations.

When I called for help your staff were like (911) responders/set up plans to do(start) my repair before I got home ... and kept me informed through the entire problem.
