I accidentally flushed the dowel to my toilet paper holder down the toilet. Steve came out and fully flushed my pipes from the street and explained everything he was doing. ... I still had standing water in my shower afterwards and Steve snaked the drain revealing hair and dental floss. We never did find the dowel, but my drains are draining again and Steve was very nice. Fingers crossed the dowel is in the cities sewer now.

In past issues with tree roots in system caused back up and wanted ... to prevent this as well as prevent any future basement flooding. Sean was technician, arrived right on time. Was informative, cooperative and spent plenty of time running the "snake" to clear any roots and potential blockage from the drain...then used the water jet treatment to clean drain back to the house. I am very satisfied with the results. Was a little surprised by the pricing which had increase over $100 in a couple of years. Sean was professional, prompt, attentive to my concerns and completed the job, cleaned the area and explained maintenance to avoid any additional issues.
